Jessie 01JessieNow eight years old

Hi Fredericka,

We adopted Jessie from you back in 9/2001, puppy of Angel and Ralph. We just thought to share with you that we had to let her move on last Tuesday. She would have been 12 on 7/21 next month! I have to thank you so very much for bringing her into our lives. She was the best dog, friend, companion and daughter. We loved her so … and will forever. What a blessing it was to share that time with her. Here’s a little snapshot I took of her the week before.

Thank you again for our Jessie Girl.

Hello Fredericka,

I can’t believe it’s been 7 years since I have last written you about Jessie. To refresh your memory, she was one of Angel and Ralph’s puppies in 2001.

She has been the center of our world and is still the most beautiful, loving dog I’ve ever known. She has had a few minor health problems such as fatty tumors and as of late, stiffness in her back legs. By the way, do you recommend anything for that? She has been to the vet many times but they aren’t a ton of help. Unfortunately, she is getting older but still acts like she’s a puppy at playtime! She weighs around 160 lbs.

I have attached a couple pictures of her from last summer, just so you can see her now. White face and all, she’s so wonderful and thank you so much for bringing her into our lives.

Blessings to you!

Hello Fredericka,

Here is a picture I took of Jessie yesterday. She is almost 11 months old and weighs just over 120 lbs. We would like to say a few things about our Jessie that perhaps you could share on your website.

Jessie is absolutely, without a doubt, the best dog we have ever known. She has been a treasure to us since we first adopted her from your farm at 7 weeks old. We take her almost everywhere we go.
It doesn’t matter where we are…. Jessie is always the center of attention (I think she likes it that way).

She loves to play with our niece and nephew, Emma and Josh, and with her Akita “cousin” Pepper. She is extremely laid back and very gentle. Night time is playtime with her many toys after spending most of the day snoozing! And her beautiful face….it speaks for itself.

She captured our hearts from the first moment we met her. It is really hard to put into words but anyone who loves dogs, especially Mastiff’s, will understand what we are trying to say. We recommend American Mastiff’s to everyone who will bring them into a loving environment. They are wonderful with children and gently protective of their family. They deserve to be loved as much as they love us….which is endless.

I will keep you posted with more updated photos of Jessie Girl. Thank you for being a wonderful, caring breeder. You have always been there to answer our questions and very supportive. We look forward to one day adopting another “baby” from you.

Until next time….

Fondly,
Mark & Denise
