Merry Christmas Mrs. Wagner and Lucy,

Mike and I realized this morning that it has been a while since we have sent you an update on Boomer.

Lucy….Boomer still loves a good belly rub from time to time. Some other things that we have come to realize by having Boomer is that no matter how much he grows he still thinks that he can fit his 145-150 lb body on your lap. We no longer need the alarm clock on the weekends because Boomer makes sure he props his head on the side of the bed no later than 6:30am to wake us up so he can go out. We allow him on the couch with us but at times if one of us in “his spot” we find ourselves moving so he can be there. The first time it happened we looked at each other and laughed because we couldn’t believe that we were moving from where we were for him. Boomer loves going to PetSmart to get food…..Mike can’t get him in the truck when it’s time to leave. Boomer being a people lover walks in and goes straight to the check-out to receive his treat from th! ! e cashier regardless if someone is paying for their items or not. If someone is there he will sit patiently and wait until the cashier is finished. He continues to be a great additional to our family and we can not Thank You enough for the privilege of owning one of your dogs.

In August our 12 yr old Akita Smooches had to be put down because of her age and health. It was a hard time on all of us but have since gotten Boomer a brother. Bailey is a boxer/pitt mix and the two of them have been inseparable from day 1. Even though the two have completely different personalities you would think they were from the same litter. I have attached a couple pictures of Boomer with his brother.

Hi Lucy and Mrs. Wagner,

Boomer, the precious little puppy we picked up a month ago is growing like crazy. At 8 weeks he weighed around 23 lbs and now at 3 months he weighs 45 lbs. He is a great addition to our family and everyone he meets falls in love with him instantly. Right after bringing him home we have a huge snow storm, so Mike made a couple paths in the yard so he could get around easier, well at times he decided he wanted to jump right into the 2 feet of snow and had a good time. When he gets sleepy from his hour play and romp through the house he attempts to climb up on the couch with Mike or myself for a 2 hour nap. I have attached a couple pictures so you can see for yourself how spoiled he is already. Don’t worry Lucy he is getting plenty of belly rubs.

Thank you for such a wonderful puppy!

Hi Fredericka and Lucy,

We wanted to let you know that Boomer was a wonderful puppy on our trip home. Even though it is his first full day with us he is adjusting well to his new home and his new sister. As he grows we will let you know how he is doing and will definitely send more pictures.

Thank you so much!
